Rita Lima é mestre em Gestão com especialização em Estratégia e Empreendedorismo pela Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, e pós-graduada em Desenvolvimento Sustentável pela Nova SBE. Demonstrando desde cedo um forte compromisso com causas sociais, Rita co-fundou uma associação dedicada à saúde mental e envolveu-se em diversas iniciativas de voluntariado em Portugal, São Tomé e Príncipe e Timor-Leste.
Há quatro anos integra a equipa da Zurich Portugal como Sustainability Analyst, onde trabalha as áreas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e Diversidade & Inclusão. Na Zurich, Rita contribui para a promoção de práticas sustentáveis, colocando o propósito da empresa e o impacto positivo na sociedade no centro de cada iniciativa.
