Professor no ensino secundário, Mestre em Filosofia e em Ensino de Filosofia, com referência no Quadro de Mérito da NOVA FCSH, em que cursou o ano curricular do Doutoramento, obtendo o diploma em Estudos Avançados.
Publicou artigos e foi orador em conferências em Portugal, na Polónia e nos Países Baixos.
Tem sido convidado a dialogar sobre Filosofia e Educação em vários programas radiofónicos e televisivos, podcasts e palestras.
Poeta com três livros publicados e diversas distinções literárias. É coautor do podcast Isto Dá que Pensar, da Antena 1.
Lançou em 2024 o livro “A Bebedeira de Kant – e outros 49 episódios da história da filosofia para pensar a sorrir”, editado pela Planeta e que vai na segunda edição.

Secondary school teacher, holder of a Master’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in the Teaching of Philosophy, with a Distinction of Merit from NOVA FCSH, where he completed the curricular year of the PhD programme, obtaining the Diploma in Advanced Studies.
He has published articles and spoken at conferences in Portugal, Poland, and the Netherlands.
He has been invited to discuss Philosophy and Education on various radio and television programmes, as well as podcasts and public lectures.
A poet with three published books and several literary distinctions, he is also a co-author of the podcast Isto Dá que Pensar, broadcast on Antena 1.
In 2024, he published the book Kant’s Drunkenness – and 49 Other Episodes from the History of Philosophy to Think with a Smile, released by Planeta, now in its second edition.
