Nesta conversa, Duba Barradas e Tomás Appleton partilham o que está por trás das conquistas: disciplina, escolhas difíceis e uma paixão que vai além do campo ou do ringue. BIOGRAFIA
O Tomás é capitão da Seleção Portuguesa de Rugby, atleta do CDUL e dos Lusitanos, e internacional desde 2014. Ao longo da carreira, passou também por Inglaterra, onde se destacou ao serviço do Darlington Mowden Park. Paralelamente ao desporto, é médico dentista especializado em Cirurgia Oral e Implantologia, com formação internacional, integrando atualmente a AppletonMedical Care e terminou recentemente a licenciatura em medicina.
EN// Tomás is the captain of the Portuguese National Rugby Team, a player for CDUL and Lusitanos, and has been an international since 2014. Throughout his career, he also spent time in England, where he stood out while playing for Darlington Mowden Park. Alongside his sporting career, he is a dentist specialized in Oral Surgery and Implantology, with international training. He currently works at Appleton Medical Care and recently completed a degree in Medicine.
