Numa geração cada vez mais pressionada a otimizar-se, onde fica o lado humano? Identidade, pressão e liderança num mundo que exige e quer chegar mais longe é um difícil equilíbrio e tu não te podes deixar perder pelo caminho.

BIOGRAFIA
Mariana Teixeira é estudante de Direito na NOVA School of Law e uma jovem líder que trabalha na interseção entre governação global, tecnologias emergentes e inovação, com particular enfoque na inteligência artificial e na governação do espaço. É membro de investigação no Space Law Research Center (SPARC) e integra a Global Shapers Community — uma iniciativa do World Economic Forum — onde lidera uma iniciativa de saúde mental para jovens. É também Venture Team Lead na Starters Academy da NOVA, onde está a desenvolver uma startup em fase inicial. O seu trabalho explora o papel da próxima geração na construção de instituições mais resilientes e centradas nas pessoas, bem como novas formas de liderança num mundo em rápida transformação.
EN// Mariana Teixeira is a law student at NOVA School of Law and a young leader working at the intersection of global governance, emerging technologies, and innovation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and space governance. She is a research member at the Space Law Research Center (SPARC) and part of the Global Shapers Community — an initiative of the World Economic Forum — where she leads a youth mental-health initiative. She is also a Venture Team Lead at NOVA’s Starters Academy, developing an early-stage startup. Her work explores the role of the next generation in shaping more resilient, human-centered institutions and new forms of leadership in a rapidly changing world
